About Us
🌿Rooted in care, guided by compassion
Founded by a dedicated team of clinicians and therapists, Serenity Care offers inclusive, neuro-affirming support for children and adults with diverse needs. We create warm, person-led environments where individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered to grow and connect.
Our Mission
We are committed to redefining care standards by providing an HIQA-compliant residential service that also delivers what truly matters: a home characterised by warmth, respect and understanding.
At Serenity Care, I feel safe, respected, and listened to. The staff don’t just support me — they understand me. They always ask what I want and help me make my own choices. I know they care about me and want what’s best for me. It means a lot to be treated like a person, not just a diagnosis. I trust them — and that trust is real.

Frequently Asked Questions
Serenity Care provides residential services for children and adults with disabilities, mental health needs, and complex support requirements. Our homes are neuroaffirming, person-centred, and focused on enabling independence, dignity, and social inclusion. We help individuals build meaningful lives within the community while receiving the support they need.
Yes. Serenity Care operates HIQA-registered residential services across Ireland. All our services are subject to stringent oversight to ensure compliance with national standards. For residential care, our properties are inspected by HIQA (Health Information and Quality Authority) to ensure we meet the highest benchmarks in safety, quality, and resident rights.
A neuroaffirming approach respects and supports neurodivergent individuals, such as those with autism, ADHD, or sensory processing differences. Rather than trying to “correct” or “normalise,” we adapt our environments, communication, and support plans to suit each person’s identity and preferences, empowering them to thrive on their own terms.
Resident safety is our top priority. All Serenity Care staff are Garda-vetted and trained in safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, positive behaviour approaches, and therapeutic engagement. We maintain strong governance structures and risk management protocols to create a secure and nurturing home environment.
Absolutely. We support every resident to build relationships, access local services, and participate in activities that matter to them. Whether it’s education, employment, volunteering, or leisure. Our goal is to foster inclusion, connection, and purpose in everyday life.

Each resident’s care plan is created collaboratively with input from the individual (where appropriate), their family or advocate, and the referring professionals. Plans are tailored to the person’s clinical, developmental, and personal goals—and are regularly reviewed to reflect progress and evolving needs.
Our care model involves experienced leadership to ensure therapeutic, evidence-informed practices are embedded into every aspect of service delivery.
