Job Title: Support Care Worker

About the Role

The successful candidate will support individuals with intellectual disabilities, including those with Autism and Behaviours of Concern, to live fulfilling and independent lives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to individuals in line with person-centred care practices.
- Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion within the community.
- Support individuals in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Based in Ireland.
- QQI Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent/higher).
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Experience supporting people with Autism and Behaviours of Concern.
