Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care and support to individuals in line with best practice standards.
• Promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life for service users.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of care plans and individual support strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Level 7 degree in Social Care or equivalent.
• Eligible for or registered with CORU as a Social Care Worker.
• Experience in disability, residential, or home care services.
• Full driving licence (desirable).
• Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable).
